1. Account Usage and Subscription Integrity• Your course subscription is strictly non-transferable. Only the registered individual(account holder) is authorised to access course content and participate in related activities.• You are not permitted to share, sell, lend, or give your account access to any thirdparty, under any circumstances.• Any form of account misuse, including but not limited to sharing login credentialsor accessing the course on behalf of another person, will result in immediate andpermanent termination of your subscription, without refund. 

2. Conduct in Group Discussions and Community Channels• As a subscriber, you may be granted access to Telegram groups or other discussion forums organised by the course.• You are required to:◦ Use your real full name or your course subscription name when joining such groups.◦ Conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner at all times.◦ Use respectful and appropriate language in all discussions.◦ Refrain from using any offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or aggressive language or behaviour.• Failure to adhere to the above standards may result in temporary or permanent removal from group discussions and/or further disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of your course access. 

3. Confidentiality and Privacy of Group Content• The content shared in any course-related group, including discussions, comments, questions, and feedback, is considered confidential.• You are strictly prohibited from:◦ Taking screenshots, recordings, or capturing any content from the group.◦ Sharing, forwarding, or disclosing any part of the group content to any third party outside the group.• Any breach of this confidentiality will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

4. Course Materials and Copyright• All course content, including hardcopy notes, digital files, slides, and recordings, is intellectual property of Dr Tourky’s MRCS Part B Course and is protected under copyright laws.• Copying, reproducing, scanning, distributing, or otherwise duplicating any part of the hardcopy or digital material is strictly prohibited.• Breaches of copyright protection may lead to:◦ Termination of course access.◦ Legal consequences, including action under local government copyright infringement laws.

5. Enforcement and Disciplinary Measures. Violation of any of the above terms will lead to one or more of the following actions:• Warning notice.• Removal from group discussions.• Suspension or termination of course access.• Legal reporting or escalation to relevant authorities (in cases of serious breaches, including copyright infringement).

6. Final Notes We are proud to support candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, including those with limited financial means, and offer our content at significantly reduced fees. However, this generosity must be reciprocated with honesty, professionalism, and adherence to these terms. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the subscriber’s responsibility to remain informed.
